Micah 3)

And I said, "Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob (ones that have common sense), and you judges of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment? (Isn't up to you to know right from wrong?)
Who [instead] hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;
Who also eat the flesh of My People, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and spread them out, as flesh for the pot, and as flesh within the cauldron. (Symbolic of oppression.)
Then shall they cry to the LORD, but He will not answer them: He will even hide his face from them at that time (ref. Deut. 31:17; 32:20. Cp. Isa. 59:1-15. Jer. 33:5), as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings." (They listened to those sputterers [2:11])

Thus says the LORD concerning the prophets that make My People go astray, that bite with their teeth (alluding to the idolatrous practices of the heathen round the altars of Baal, biting an olive in their mouths and crying "peace", of which the olive was the symbol [Gen. 8:11]. Cp. Zech. 9:7), and cry, "Peace;" but against him that puts not [the olive] into their mouths, they even prepare crusade against him. (They say sweet things in you ear and then bite it off. False prophets don't put truth in the minds of the people. Not only that, but their sole purpose is to rip the people off.)
Therefore night shall be to you, that you shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark to you, that you shall not divine (ref. Deut. 18:10,14. Num. 22:7; 23:23); and the sun shall go down (eclipse. See Gen. 1:14) over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them. (Losers. Separate yourself from them. They are bound for darkness. Be a child of light.)
Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yes, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God." (They ran out of things to say. God doesn't answer those that are ignorant of His Word. God foretold us all things in His Word. It is written. Have you read it/ See Isa. 13:6.)
But truly I am full of power by the Spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare to Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin. (cp. 1:5. See 2:7. Don't ever be afraid to teach God's Word as it is written.)

Hear this, I pray you, you heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor (hate) judgment, and pervert all equity. (No fairness.)
They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with deceit.
The heads thereof judge for reward (ref. Ex. 23:8. Deut. 10:17; 16:19; 27:25), and the priests thereof teach for hire (bribe, not gifted from God, but for money), and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, "Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us."
Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field (this is true of the site on Ophel, but not true of the traditional site south-west of Jerusalem. Cp.:6. Jer. 26:18), and Jerusalem shall become ruins, and the mountain of the house (Moriah and the Temple) as a height of a jungle.
