429 B.C.
Daniel 7:1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon
(This was 429 B.C. Daniel was 84 years old. The years before the events of ch. 6. Cp. 5:30,31, and the notes on the other dates. 8:1; 9:1; 10:1 11:1,&c. This vision is still in Chaldea [the Gentile language], because it is the continuation of 2:41, and shows what will take place in "the days of those kings" before the stone strikes the image. It brings us up to the end of the Gentile dominion over Israel. Chapter 8 is in Hebrew, because it specially concerns Israel. It is written of "Daniel the prophet" [Matt. 24]. This is directly stated by the our Lord, Who, 7 times in the Gospel of John, that what He spake were not His own words, but the Father's [John 7:16; 8:28,40,47; 12:49; 14:10,24; 17:8. Cp. Deut. 18:18 and Isa. 51:16. It consists of 2 visions. Each is distinct and complete in itself. The dream of Nebuchadnezzar [ch.2] was interpreted to him by Daniel; wile the vision of Daniel was interpreted by the Angel. The former referred to the beginning and duration of the Gentile dominion over Israel; the later concerns the end of it The 2nd was given 2 years later than the 1st, and is subsequent to the 1st, giving further details concerning "the latter time of their dominion [i.e. that of the 1st 4 beasts of the 1st vision in ch. 7]. Further details are given in ch. 9,11, and 12. The interpretation is given in vv.17,18; and shows these versions are still future, and are not therefore to be connected with the dream of ch. 2. The interpretations given us of these 2 separate visions need no further interpretation also. They are for us to understand and to believe. We may comment on the interpretation given, but but not interpret them) king of Babylon (Belshazzar was the last king of Babylon. Until 1854, when Sir .H.C. Rawlinson discovered the cuneiform texts, all was speculation. An inscription belonging to the 1st year of Nabonidus, his father, calls him his "firstborn son" and gave him his name Bel-sarra-uzer = "O Bel defend the king". There are frequent references to him in contracts and similar documents. He was the last king of Babylon. See 5:7)
Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed:
(1 of 20 recorded dreams. See Gen. 20:3)
then he wrote the dream,
(This is to be noted, as it was afterward "told" in speech.)
and told the sum of the matters.
2 Daniel spake and said, "I saw in my vision by night,
(Your mind should go immediately to the seventh chapter of the Book of Revelation. What is being discussed here? The end of this earth age; the final generation, which now is this topic.
"Revelation 7:1 "And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, [not heaven or hell, but on the earth] that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree."
In other words, these "four winds" will bring about the end of this particular generation, or dispensation.)
and, behold, the four winds
(Heb. ruach. All blowing at the same time and producing the 1 result described in vv.3-8. In another verse they said hold the four winds until we have sealed the people of God in the foreheads, or minds, that they not be deceived. Then the end would come. In Ezekiel 37 God told Ezekiel to prophecy to those dry bones (spiritually dead people). And when they were preached to, they came alive and came back together. The eternal life came back into the souls of these people of God.)
of the heaven strove upon the great sea.
(Denoting the people of the earth. See Rev. 17:15)
3 And four great beasts came up from the sea,
(These are not the 4 dominions of ch. 2. They stand up 1 after another, and each stands successively, in the place of the other. These are to rise in :the days of" those last "ten kings" of Dan 2:44. These continue the last of Nebucadnezzar's last dominion, and do exist together. See v.12)
diverse one from another.
(Cp. Rev. 7:1. Ezek 37. Media has conspiracy to destroy monarchy with little clues dropped. Everybody wants to see the monarchy done in. Do you? These are lies. But they keep planting the seeds. The British don't, America doesn't. Why do they keep saying this? Why are they so tainted by the monarchy? Pat of Satan's pumping up and part of the 4 hidden dynasties. Shows you how a lie is believed if repeated enough.)
4 The first
(This cannot be Babylon, for this had already risen, and was within 2 years of its end. Daniel could not see that kingdom arise now. He had said, "You are this head of gold"; but Nebuchadnezzar himself had been dead 23 years, and these are "four kings which shall rise" [v.17]. Therefore Babylon is not included.)
was like
(These descriptions will be easily recognized by those who shall see them rise.)
a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.
5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear,
(Russia, i.e. communism.)
and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it:
(This is not interpreted by the angel. Supposition - [1] U.S.A.; [2] U.K.; [3] Germany.)
and they said thus unto it, 'Arise, devour much flesh.'
(Deadly wound, spiritually.)
6 After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard,
(Kenites, the sons of Cain. The leopard here is a great spotted leopard, and in the "Song of Moses" we read: "They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot of his children: they are a perverse and crooked generation." (Deuteronomy 32:5.) The Song of Moses is what is to be in the final generation as Antichrist is defeated. This spotted leopard refers to the "Kenites", the offspring of Satan through Cain. (See Strong's #7014 in the Hebrew dictionary.)
The struggle for control of all areas of life we see was very strong in Jesus' day, as I Chronicles 2:55 tells us. They were the scribes when the Jews came out of Babylon. In the Book of Ezra and the Book of Nehemiah we see that at the return, the entire priesthood was taken over by these (false) non-Jewish Levites. Then in Ezra 2:61-63 we read that there was not one Levite in the entire priesthood. The "Kenites", or offspring of Satan, took control of the entire religious order from the top to the chores of cutting wood.
Is it any wonder it's so hard to understand the true meaning of God's word after this band of Kenite scribes set out to corrupt its translation. It is because Ezra and Nehemiah (the writers and prophets) saw the perversion taking place, they set out to write the Massoretic texts to the books of the Old Testament. And then they scattered these texts so the Kenites could not corrupt them.
Jesus knew the religious leaders of his day were mostly from the race of Kenites and not of our brother, Judah. This is why he told his disciples in Matthew 13:11 that he spoke in parables. The truth, or mysteries, are not for them to know.
In this final generation, these Kenites are going to solidify the people and prepare the way for the acceptance of Antichrist. The "four wings" are the protective force given this leopard for all peoples of the earth. while the "four heads" are the four hidden dynasties to rule and control all facets of life in the final generation of this earth age.)
which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads;
(4 hidden dynasties. [1] Political; [2] Economy; [3] Education; [4] Religion.)
and dominion was given to it.
(Those four heads, or hidden dynasties of the world, are political, economical, educational, and religious. The controlling force (or leopard) is the "Kenite", or offspring of Cain, Satan's child through Eve. (See the chapter on the "Kenite" and "The Parable of the Fig Tree".) The "one world order" is now in place and has been for years. Daniel is telling us to "wake up", for when we see this, observe the rest of the prophecies come to pass, for Satan then is going to come to earth to rule for five (5) months. (See Revelation 9:5.)
Through these four hidden dynasties the entire world, except God's elect, will freely, willingly, and gladly worship and give total submission to Antichrist (Satan), and to his one world order. The "new world order" is here and now. Our military moves at its command.
Our educational system is dominated, taught and promoted by the leaders of that one worldism. Our denominational churches, the Catholic Church, most all of Judaism, and shortly all religions of the world will fall under the control of these godless men. And through this control you will be led, with a glad heart, to support this system.
Though the entire world is now on a path to bankruptcy, the new order will offer peace and prosperity to all that will follow her, and conform to her standards. This is a political order (the United Nations) and with all the problems we face now, with Antichrist and his hoards of fallen angels, the money presses will roll, and a false prosperity will come (at least for five(5) months.)
7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast,
(Not Rome, for it has the "ten horns" when it is 1st seen. Moreover, these 10 horns are not seen till the time of the end. This 4th beast therefore belongs to the time of the end. The beast of Rev. 13:1-10 combines in himself all these resemblances.)
dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue
(I.e. the other 3 beasts which will co-exist. They do not destroy or succeed one another, like the kingdoms in ch.2; but are trampled by the 4th beast, see v.12)
with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
(These are the same as Rev. 17:12, and represent the 10 contemporaneous kings at the time of the end. See vv.8,24. Cp. Rev. 17:10,11, the one world order.)
8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn,
(= a horn of small beginnings. It is Satan. This identifies this vision with those of chs. 8,9,11,12. The first 12 titles given to the power commonly known as "the antichrist"; it is used again in 8:9. Cp. 11:21-30. Note the other titles; "the king of Babylon" [Isa. 14:4]; "the Asyrian" [Isa. 14:25]; "Lucifer, sun of the morning", in opposition to "the bright and morning star" [Isa. 14:12]; "the Prince that shall come" [Dan. 9:26]; "the king of fierce countenance" [Dan. 8:23; "the vile person" Dan. 11:21]; "the willful king" [Dan. 11:36]; "the man of sin" [2 Thess. 2:3]; "the son of perdition" [2 Thess. 2:3]; "that lawless one" [2 Thess. 2:8.Rev. 13:8]; "the beast with ten horns" [Rev. 13:1])
before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
(This is a further development, explained in vv.11,20,25; 8:11; 11:36,37. 2 Thess. 2:3,4. Rev. 13:5,6)
9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down,
(The seats of Orientals are cushions laid, not "set", but "cast down". The reference to this, in Rev. 4:2. Cp. Pss. 9:7; 29:10. Isa. 28:6)
and the Ancient of days
(Cp. Ps. 90:2. Rev. 4:12)
did sit, Whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of His head like the pure wool:
(cp. Rev. 1:4. Purity)
His throne was like the fiery flame,
(God is a consuming fire. The Holy Spirit touches and warms you, but it gets hot for those don't believe. Heb. 12)
and His wheels as burning fire.
(Highly polished bronze. Cp. Ezek. 1:15-20; 26-28; 10:9-13. Circular vehicle.)
10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
(All the way to the end, the Great White Throne judgment.)
11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake:
(Back to the antichrist.)
I beheld even till the beast was slain,
(At length we learn who "the [little] horn" is See v. 8 and Rev. 19:20)
and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.
(Not Satan destroyed, but his role as Anti-Christ. Cp. 2 Thess. 1:7-10; 2:8.)
12 As concerning the rest of the beasts,
(I.e. the 3 mentioned in vv.4-7 as co-existing.)
they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged
(I.e. the remaining 3 after the 4th has been destroyed.)
for a season and time.
(I.e. for an appointed time. To the 2nd death. They will have a chance.)
13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of Man
(Ps. 8:4. Matt. 8:20. Rev. 14:14)
came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought Him near before Him.
14 And there was given Him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve Him: His dominion is an everlasting dominion,
(Ps. 45:6; 145:13; 146:10. Isa. 9:7. Obad. 21. Mic. 4:7. Luke 1:35. John 12:34. Heb. 1:8)
which shall not pass away, and His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
(1st day of the Millennium, every knee shall bow.)
15 I Daniel was grieved
(because he did not understand. Therefore ch. 7 cold not be identified with ch. 2, because he had interpreted that already to Nebuchadnezzar)
in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me.
16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.
(Daniel was troubled and wanted to know the dream's interpretation of all parts of his dream. This vision is given just for us who live in that last generation, yet most Christians stumble on, willing to accept the "traditions of men" from other generations that could have had no concept or idea of what we are going through now.
It is a total subversion of all our Biblical standards, redefining the words of God, and watering them down to a point of total deception; and the words and methods to be used by Satan (the Antichrist) will make them stumble right into Satan's houses of harlots that we call churches today.
The truth of God's word is being dried up, and substituted with a false (counterfeit) religion that will look, sound, and be so close to what they have been taught. This is why Jesus told us to learn His word so that we are not deceived. Know the "parable of the fig tree", who the "Kenites" are, as well as all the "mysteries" Paul taught dealing with our bodies. The words of the Bible will then have meaning.
Here now is the interpretation God revealed to Daniel.)
17 'These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.
(The 2 which had already arisen cannot therefore be included: namely Babylon, and Med-Persia, which almost [at this time] equaled Babylon in extent. The vision is not continuous history, but the prophecy of a crisis: and refers to the 10 toes of the 5th power of Dan.2. In this, and in each successive summation. Cp. v. 26; 8:17-19; 11:40; 12:4,9,13. Matt. 24:14,15)
18 But the saints of the most High
(= Messiah Himself in relation to dominion in the earth. V.27 shows that a Person is intended, not a place.)
shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.'
(The saints are God's servants who placed the armor of God of Ephesians 6:10-21 on themselves, and they are prepared for Satan's arrival. They know what to expect, and how to combat Satan, when he as the Antichrist comes against them. The saints shall fight against the little horn; and, my friend in Christ, that will be a spiritual battle, a war of words, ideas, deceptions. It will be a war of the mind through false doctrine.
That is why we must have the seal the truth of God in our minds. For either the seal, or knowledge of God's Word will be there, or "the mark of the beast" will be there. That mark is the mark of confusion that God will allow you to have, to follow Satan and do his work, while all the time you think he is Jesus Christ. It will be the Antichrist seeking to have you fly with him, and you will for you will do it in ignorance, for your looking for a rapture that will not come.)
19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;
(This beast will be diverse, and that is why it is called non-descript. It is a system, not an entity like Nebuchadnezzar's empire. The churches' "teeth of iron" (lies and deceptions), and the "nails of brass" (traditions and methods of control) will, and are now, forcing its members and followers to believe traditions, to accept false ideas (such as sodomy and pagan practices), and neglect the truths Jesus Christ said to know.
The reason most churches don't teach chapter by chapter and verse by verse is that the method would disprove many of their own traditions.)
20 And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up,
(I.e. the little horn, which is still future.)
and before whom three fell;
(The deadly wound.)
even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.
(Looked and talked like the Lamb. Rev. 13:11-13. He makes people believe lies.)
21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints,
(This connects "the little horn" with Rev. 13:7, and shows it to be still future.)
and prevailed against them;
(Mark 13)
22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
(This happens at the last trump. The "Ancient of days" that will come is Jesus Christ. That is the end of this earth age, whereby mankind is born of woman. Those saints that have held to the faith, and not followed Antichrist, are the winners, and will jointly rule the kingdom through the millennium with Christ.
These events here are not simply salvation, but learning, knowing, and living in the meat of God's word.)
23 Thus he said, 'The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
(You can see this one world system now forming, with the false messiah will rule at its head. That's all it amounts to. The political system, or beast will receive a mortal wound, and end it's world rule for a very brief time, as we read in Revelation 13.
Revelation 13:3 "And I saw one of the heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast."
Remember that this beast is as a one world system, and in the beginning, this system takes a political form. We know the form today as the United Nations, with it's ten major agencies, which have the entire world under its ruling charter of international laws, treaties, and trade agreements. However, when the world wakes up to see the strength of this Godless beast, the political form will end. When a political beast is dead, it simply does not function as a government any more. This will set the stage for the coming of the Antichrist, Satan, and his arrival to earth.
Why will it be diverse of all kingdoms? Because it's going to be religious, with one ruler. Just listen to most newscasts and much of it deals strictly with affairs of it. It is seeking total control of the entire earth. What the United Nations does, it does only to promote its own agenda. As genocide went on in Cambodia, Bosnia, and elsewhere, the United Nations looked the other way. Kurds were being gassed in Iraq, and entire cities eliminated, and the United Nations' blinders were on. However, years later, after the fact, the United Nations used what it so blatantly overlooked, as the slaughter took place, as the excuse to move against Iraq when it took Kuwait and their oil.
The United Nations is still growing and moving to world wide control through its many agencies. We know, though, that the time of "breaking down" and "breaking it to pieces" has not yet come. This is future. However, it is a very close future. We may be talking about months instead of years.)
24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he
(The little horn.)
shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
(See v.8. New world order, United Nations, one world order . See Rev. 10:13)
25 And he
(The false Christ.)
shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws:
(To make that which is wrong right, and make right wrong.)
and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
(I.e. 3 1/2 years = 1/2 of the "one week" of Dan. 9:27. It is repeated as 42 months [Rev. 11:2], and as 1,260 days [Rev. 11:3]. Shortened to 5 month period in Rev. 9:5. The elect will be delivered up for a testimony with the Holy Spirit speaking through them.)
26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.
(This is the determining factor of the interpretation. God will do nothing unless He warns the prophets. Do you understand the prophets? If you do you will never be deceived.)
27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.'
(What is under heaven? The earth! We don't have to worry about the kingdom of the earth, for our kingdom is for ever and ever. As the most precious part of our salvation, Christ gave us an immortal soul body (that shall never die) and that incorruptible body (spiritual) that shall live forever, as we see in I Corinthians15:51-54.
I Corinthians 15:51 "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed."
I Corinthians 15:52 "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."
I Corinthians 15:53 "For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality."
I Corinthians 15:54 "So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory."
The entire earth will worship Jesus Christ at His return.)
28 Hitherto is the end of the matter. As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart.
(It's easy for you and I to understand and see how, the Jews can reform their nation, because it was done before their eyes. We can see how the world seeks worldwide peace, as most of the people today have lived under the threat of a nuclear holocaust, or wars on a worldwide scale. Television, radio, and word of mouth have shaped all minds of the world, except those of the elect, to accept the idea of putting all law, education, religion, food distribution, and so on under one system; for then all mankind is equal, safe, and secure. However, as this has happened, the blessings of our God given rights are then taken for the sake of the masses.
The problem is that the world simply cannot support such a one world system, and very shortly it will collapse. From such confusion as these deceptive, and lying international bandits, the stage is set for the final time of testing, and it will be a deception this world has never seen before. It is then that Michael sends Satan to earth, and through the massive confusion, Satan performs his wonders for the people of the world, and cause them to accept Satan's peace and prosperity. The cost of partaking in that one world system is to worship Satan.
How do you worship him? Simply by saying, "He is God".
That will be easy for the Christian world, for their "traditions" and "Kenite" twisting of the truth have left most to believe the true messiah is the first on the scene. So, off they go, just like harlots. There will only be a small number who know the truth. They are called "the elect".
Now, with all this in mind, is there any wonder that Daniel, at seeing, was confused and disturbed in his heart.
This is no reason you should. If you are saved and have prepared yourself, you will not stray, and at Jesus' return, your reign with Christ will also be forever and ever; world without end.)
